​💛  Georgia's Dream Home ​​

 

A quieter home with adults or a family with older kids who will make her part of the family. Another dog or frenchie in the adoptive home would be fine as she loved her foster brother frenchies. She also loves to play with her toys and snore on the couch. Georgia would make a great hang out partner on trips to the beach, or coffee shop. She would love to be your sidekick. Full of character, she'll keep you laughing with her silly antics like carrying her bowl over to complain she didn't get enough breakfast...lol

 

Since she is a frenchie with some typical breed issues we need to know that her new owner will have the financial means to take care of any medical issues that come up.  (See story below).

🐾  Georgia's Story​

 

This poor girl was found wandering the streets in a small town in rural California, Her skin was in bad shape and she was covered in ticks. Sent to SDRBC on a rescue flight at the end of December we got her into the vet right away.  Since that time we have been working to source her skin issues and had her to a vet specialist for a consultation about her snoring when she sleeps. Frenchies are known for some breathing issues due to their short noses and there are some surgeries that can be done to make it better. These are widening the nostrils and shortening the soft palate. We'd love to try to raise the money to help get surgery for her and would give priority to an adopter who would help us work to achieve that goal. She will also be spayed by a specialist vet at a future date.

Georgia's adoption fee is $856.00 (including pst).
