Mabel came into care as a shy little lady with a huge heart. At around 7 years old, she’s already known some of life’s uncertainties, but she’s so ready to settle down and experience true comfort and love. With time, consistency, and lots of kindness, she’s learning that the world isn’t so scary after all.
🌟 Personality & Training
Mabel is incredibly sweet and affectionate once she feels secure. While she’s shy at first, once she opens up, she absolutely adores attention and being close to her people. She's doing well with other dogs and cats in the home after a proper introduction and a chance to adjust.
She’s currently working on building confidence with leash walks and learning that strange noises aren't so scary. Her foster mom is helping her take small steps every day, and she’s showing progress in her own quiet, brave way.
