Duke (aka Lil Dude, Doodlebug) is a fabulous, happy little dog.

 

He loves food, people, walks and snuggles. He hasn't met a lap he doesn't like to curl up in. 

 

Duke is doing well with his recall training, learning sit and wait.  He's very food motivated and smart. He's  housetrained and only needs to go out a few times/day. 

 

He has found his voice but only to alert something out of the ordinary. He does not bark incessantly so would probably be ok in an apartment or townhouse. 

 

He's fine with other dogs and children over 8yo. He hasn't had any exposure to younger children or cats but I tend to think he'd be ok with them too. 

He's comfortable on his own and happy to sleep in his crate. 

 

SDRBC allows a sleepover period. Our goal is to make sure everyone agrees on the match.

   

 

Duke's adoption fee is $ 896.00  and will go towards his neuter, full blood panel including testing for heart worm and tick borne diseases (negative), DA2PP & Rabies shots, wormer, microchip and transport costs to BC from California.  All SDRBC dogs receive a free month of Trupanion pet insurance.
