OTIS - 8 yr old, 13lb poodle mix neutered male

** Has cataracts 

** Quieter Adult home- no kids under 16

** Other dogs in the home ok

This adorable sweet little boy was picked up as a stray in small town California looking very dishevelled and uncared for.   

​

His foster thinks he would do best in a adult/ retirement home where someone is home more often as he does have some separation issues. He is shy at first but becomes very attached quickly.  

Adult only home as he does have some touch sensitivity around his face or when he's sleeping on the bed or couch and is disturbed while sleeping.  This could be due to his vision impairment from the cataracts.  

He would be fine in a home with another dog in the home and is currently fostered with another small dog.

Otis's adoption fee is ($800.00 incl tax) and includes his neuter, blood panel including testing for heart worm and tick borne diseases (negative), anal gland cleaning, worming treatment, microchip and transport costs to BC from California.  He will also have a new RC Pets raincoat. All SDRBC dogs receive a free month of Trupanion pet insurance.
