****** Friendly!

          take to work.

****** No Cats

****** Loves Toys, would make great Agility dog

This handsome young boy came from a small town in California as an owner surrender due to being beat up by the other resident dogs.

From one of his fosters:  Leo is very food motivated, smart and would be easy to train. He would be a great agility dog.   He did bark at a couple of dogs but was very good about breaking the barking and making eye contact when I said “Leo look!” and had a treat handy. Once he stopped barking I let him meet the other dog and he was just fine with him. Very curious and lots of sniffs. He was my little shadow but also really loved my dog, Marley. I think with his anxiety a home where someone works from home would be best but I think having another dog in the house could also help with that anxiety.

SDRBC allows a sleepover period (usually a week or two). Our goal is to make sure everyone agrees on the match.

Leo's adoption fee is ($800.00 incl tax) and includes will go towards his blood panel including testing for heart worm and tick borne diseases (negative), anal gland cleaning, worming treatment, microchip and transport costs to BC from California.  All SDRBC dogs receive a free month of Trupanion pet insurance.
