ANNIE

**** Annie had an accident and broke her left front leg.  She had surgery May 31 2022 at Boundary Bay Specialty Vet Hospital.  We expect her to have a full recovery and are looking for a home now who can help her through her recovery. SDRBC will support rehab and follow up financially.

1.5 yr old 7lb spayed female chihuahua mix

Little Orphan Annie was a stray in a small rural town in California.  A good samaritan picked her up and held her until she could catch a ride to BC.  She is a lanky girl with legs to die for.  Sadly those legs were her downfall recently when she got one caught in a railing and broke one (front left).

Her perfect home will be one with older teens, a couple, or single person who would like a loving companion.  She's a "people dog" who puts up with the other dogs but can be abit of a drama queen and a bossy girl....nothing we haven't been able to help her with.  She'd be a great addition to the office or field if you can bring her along.  She's needing to gain a lb or two...so finished weight s/b around 8-9 lbs.

Annie's adoption fee is $ 800.00 (incl tax) which includes her bloodwork & 4DX (testing for heartworm and tick borne diseases), spay, microchip, da2pp, rabies and bordatella shots, worming and her transportation from California to BC. It will also include her leg surgery and any rehab after the surgery.

SDRBC allows a sleepover period to make sure it's a match (Usually 1 -2 weeks).
